Destination Specialist

Do you have a passion for the South Pacific? Do you possess excellent customer service skills? Can you paint a picture over the phone?

Down Under Answers, a multi-award winning travel wholesaler to Australia, New Zealand and the Islands is looking for a Destination Specialist to assist clients with planning their independent travel arrangements and escorted group travel.

You will be part of a professional team of travel specialists dedicated to choreographing creative and functional vacations. Telephone and email communication skills must be at an optimum. Down Under Answers destination specialists must also possess a flexible attitude, strong esprit de corps and the ability to demonstrate grace under pressure when required.

Comprehensive training is provided on destintion and product to those with no prior experience, however travel industry background is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits package included.
